Can I return my candles for a refund or exchange?

As of now, all items are final sale. If you have any concerns, please contact me via email and I will be happy to assist you. 

 

My candle is not staying lit. Help!

It could be that the wick is too short, so the melted wax is extinguishing the flame.

Step 1. Trim the wick to 1/4” tall to remove any burnt parts with scissors or a wick trimmer.

Step 2. Remove more of the wax around the wick base- you can use a hairdryer and a paper towel to soak up the melted wax. 

Step 3. Ensure you let the wax pool reach the side of the tin, to create an even burn and prevent tunnelling. 

Shipping

All parcels include a tracked shipping number. Depending on your location, the courier may be Canada Post, USPS, or PostNL.

Once your parcel is dropped off at the post office, delivery times are out of my control. You may be responsible for additional duty fees upon delivery.
